Our History.

Founded in early 2022, Vertus emerged as the brainchild of Quantum Cognition, our AI fintech think tank and personal investment holding company. The cutting-edge trading technologies developed by Quantum Cognition formed the foundation of this venture. Backed by the founders, Vertus was carefully cultivated to optimize its core systems for the dynamic market and technological landscape, aiming to enhance alpha in all market conditions while gathering vast amounts of data for ongoing improvements.
Only at that point were invitations to participate extended to a select group of investors worldwide. With a focus on being directionally neutral and as insulated from volatility as possible, Vertus aims to deliver high risk-adjusted returns without exposing capital to excessive risk.
